Shipping and Handling


  • Handling usually takes 1-4 days.

  • Hanndling on custom orders takes longer(about 4-8 weeks)
    *Will be confirmed before your order is placed.

  • Shipping times vary depending on location but can take anywhere from 2-10 days within North America.

  • Shipping outside of North America can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks.

Returns


  • For hair salon services; if there’s any issue with your hair, contact us and we will find the right solution for you. We don’t give refunds on our hair services but we will book you in to make any necessary changes up to 7 days after your appointment.

  • We do accept returns on wigs, toppers and bangs within 5 business days of receiving your unit.

  • Returns will only be accepted if the extra lace at the front is not cut off and the wig is in the same condition you received it.

  • We will ask for a photo of the extra lace on your wig still intact prior to accepting the return.

  • Once we receive the wig, a full refund will be processed to the same card/ account you made the purchase.

  • We don't take returns on custom wigs.

  • If you put a deposit on a custom wig and you choose to not go through with the process, then initial 50% deposit will be lost.

  • The customer is responsible for all charges assoiated with shipping the item back

  • We don’t take returns on the rest of our products but we do offer exchanges.
    *Note: Promotions, clearance items, or sales cannot be used for exchanging item.

  • We don’t accept exchanges or returns on our sale items.
