Handling usually takes 1-4 days. Handling on custom orders takes longer.

Shipping times vary depending on location but can take anywhere from 2-10 days within North America

Shipping outside of North America can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks.

Returns

We accept returns on wigs within 5 days of receiving them and with original extra lace at the front still in tack. We don't accept returns on the rest of our products.
