• The wig has either been worn a few times or never worn at all;

• The wig is in extremely good condition/like new;

• The wig has been returned to us, we washed and re-styled the wig for your satisfaction.

Shipping

• Handling usually takes 1-4 days. Handling on custom orders takes longer.

• Shipping times vary depending on location but can take anywhere from 2-10 days within North America.

• Shipping outside of North America can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks.

Returns
We accept returns on wigs within 5 days of receiving them and with original extra lace at the front still in tack. We don't accept returns on the rest of our products.
