7-day return policy. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds will be issued minus a 10% restocking fee.

Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to initiate production.
Cancellations: Due to the custom nature of these wigs, deposits are non-refundable.

For a smooth return process, please note the following requirements.
Wigs must be returned in their original condition:
Lace must remain unaltered.
No washing or heat styling.
Original packaging must remain intact.
Toppers must be returned in their original condition:
Clips must be closed. An additional $20 fee applies if clips are open.
Avoid tangling the hair.
Original packaging is required.
