To keep your wig looking and feeling its best, you need the right tools. Our essentials collection has everything you need to style, secure, and care for your wig.

Wig Adhesive

    • Easy to use, no mess.

    • Great for beginner wig wearers.

    • Dries quickly.

    • Light hold.

    • Good for someone who only wants to wear their wig for one day and take it off at night.

    • Super accessible, sold in every store but from my experience is cheapest on Amazon.

    • I wouldn’t say this is 24h hold, sometimes the lace on my wig lifts a little but most of it holds when using this.

    • Really big container, no travel size.

    • Can’t swim or go in the water with this or it will start to come off.

    • With excessive sweating at the gym, it will start to come off.

    • This one can be a pro or a con depending on your needs! At the end of the night I barely need water to remove my wig, it’s super easy to lift and remove as long as I didn’t catch any of my own hair. I’m simply saying this so you understand how sticky the glue is, I always suggest removing your wig with water or remover even with light hold glues like this one.

    • Firmer hold then Got2B Spray.

    • Great for more experienced wig wearers.

    • Needs at least 5 minutes to set wig band.

    • Good for someone who only wants to wear their wig for one day and take it off at night.

    • Can easily layer the paste for a firmer hold; apply 1 coat, let dry for 1 minute, repeat 3 times then apply wig.

    • Super accessible, sold in every store but from my experience is cheapest on Amazon.

    • I wouldn’t say this is 24h hold, sometimes the lace on my wig lifts a little but most of it holds when using this.

    • Can be messy if you’re inexperienced.

    • Takes longer to set, needs more precision when doing application.

    • Not waterproof but does hold up to light moisture; light sweating at the gym for example.

    • Waterproof + sweat resistant.

    • Can swim or workout without it coming off.

    • Won’t come off, you can wash you hair with the wig or topper on.

    • Ultra hold.

    • Long lasting, possibly up to one month.

    • Works best on areas with no hair close or on bald heads..

    • If you get it suck in your own bio hair, it will probably rip it out when you try and remove your wig because of its firm hold nature.

    • Super hard to remove from the non stick backing.

    • Easy to use, no mess.

    • Great for beginner wig wearers.

    • Helps to blend the lace into your skin for a more undetectable look.

    • Has Vitamin E to nourish your skin and edges.

    • Not a necessary product to stick your wig down.

    • Not the best option for super sensitive skin.

    • Not a wig glue, it’s a wig glue add on.

    • 100% sweat proof and waterproof.

    • You can swim under water without worrying about your wig coming off.

    • Don’t worry about sweating a lot at the gym, your wig won’t lift with this lace wig glue.

    • The sensitive formula is excellent for all skin types and really helps skin that breaks out easily.

    • Lasts much longer then 24 hours, depending on your body’s natural oils, you could get 1 weeks wear with this glue.

    • Keeps your wig discrete.

    • Hard to remove from skin and lace 

    • Must use wig glue remover can’t be removed with water

Wig Holders + Storage +Travel

    • You can pin your wig down to the base and easily style your wig off your head.

    • When letting your wig air dry, it’s much easier to pin it to the wig head and choose your part.

    • The wig head is stable so when you need tension to style the wig, for example when you’re blow drying and need to pull the hair a bit, the head keeps everything stable.

    • I love that it comes with a desk attachment so you don’t have to buy it separate.

    • Don’t forget to choose the right size head. You can measure your own head or grab the measurement of your wig. Measure the circumference of your head, then you will know which size wig head to choose.

    • The desk wig head holder that comes with the cork wig head isn’t the best quality. When you buy one separately it’s made with a stronger plastic.

    • A lot of the free items that come with it are for wig makers rather then wig wearers.

    • If you don’t have a desk to attach your wig holder to, this is a perfect option.

    • Very lightweight.

    • Great if you want to dedicate a small section in your room to style your wig, I have one in mine and use it often.

    • The foam won’t last as long as cork. Repetitive inserting and removing of the pins will break down the foam and create many holes in the head.

    • Not as stable as a cork head, you may have to stabilize the hole at the bottom with something else because it can be lose on some wig desk holders.

    • Doesn’t come with any pins to hold your wig to the head or a desk holder/tripod to keep it from moving when styling. You must purchase this separately.

    • If you don’t have a desk to attach your wig holder to this is a perfect option.

    • The extra legs stabilize the whole thing so when you go to blow dry or heat style your wig the base doesn’t tip over.

    • Great if you want to dedicate a small section in your room to style your wig, I have one in mine and use it often.

    • The storage bag is perfect to tuck it away neatly in your closet or to travel.

    • Collapsible.

    • If you’re trying to travel light, this can take up some room.

    • The bottom legs spread out quite wide so you would need enough room if you’re planning on keeping it open at all times.

    • Easy to travel with, come apart into 3 pieces

    • Great if you plan on only styling your wig on occasion and storing the items away in a closet. compact design

    • Good for smaller spaces

    • Doesn’t fit every type of desk/ table

    • Requires you to screw it to a desk or table, if it doesn’t fit one in your house, you’re out of luck

    • Depending on the material of the table its attached to, with lots of tension its gets wobbly over time, simply re-tighten

    • Easily store your wig away and out of site.

    • Keeps your wig discrete.

    • Great for hanging your wig up when travelling

    • Pliable plastic, not the thickest or steadiest material.

    • Could start to take up a lot of room in your closet if you have many wigs

    • Great for multiple wigs.

    • Super cute way to store your wigs, looks like wall decor.

    • 6 hangers, so it’s great if you have multiple wigs.

    • Works well with any length wig.

    • Multi-purpose, can be used for wigs or hats.

    • Not great for styling your wig since there’s nothing to pin the wig to the base.

    • The wall anchors that come with it aren’t the best, I would suggest buying separate wall anchors to attach.

    • The base could be a bit slippery for wigs so you have to position them just right.

    • Stable sleek design.

    • Wig can be pinned down to the base so you can use the mannequin head for styling your wig.

    • Super soft, no rubbing on the interior of your wig.

    • Strong heavy duty cotton cloth covered head with support stand, suitable for T-Pins to fix wigs or hats.

    • I love using these for my wigs I’m not currently wearing. For the wig I am currently wearing, I use a real mannequin head holder, like one of the above, so the style doesn’t get ruined.

    • Could mess up the style of your wig depending on the way you clip it and let hang.

    • Could cause a small dent in the hair which will have to be re-styled. Try clipping in to the wig cap rather then the hair.

    • Nice sleek look.

    • Perfect if you don’t have a dedicated space for you wigs as this doesn’t take up extra space.

    • Comes with 3 different ways to hand it up, easy to install!

    • Instructions on how to put it together are not the best.

    • If you don’t have a desk to attach your wig holder to these are a perfect option.

    • Adjustable for different length wigs.

    • Sturdy but lightweight with a spherical top covered with lace which prevents wigs from slipping.

    • Great for letting your wig dry naturally, because of it’s shape wigs dry faster.

    • Best used for displaying/storing wigs vs. using them to style wigs

    • The styling head rocks back and forth making it easy to style your wig.

    • Harder to adjust downward when it is time to store away.

Heatless Wig Styling

    • This one piece curler creates beautiful curls while not damaging your hair like heating tools do.

    • If you use this overnight your curls will last a few days without reusing.

    • Good for all types of hair, curly and straight.

    • Quite quick and easy to use.

    • It may take little bit of practice for some people, but after that it is quick and easy to use.

    • A little uncomfortable if you are a side sleeper.

    • May have to touch up a few parts of your hair once it is removed.

    • Curling headband comes with a band to help secure the headband which is a nice bonus!

    • Comes with a nice bag, different style scrunchies, clip & accessories.

    • Great option to curl your hair without heat so your hair doesn’t get damaged.

    • Perfect for long hair as it is 70” long!

    • Velvet material great at holding hair in place.

    • Velvet material causes some hair types to become frizzy.

    • The 6 piece set satin rollers glide nicely through hair without tugging and keeps hair frizz free.

    • The end result is lovely curls!

    • Quite comfortable to sleep in.

    • Easy to take out.

    • These rollers take a bit of practice to get used to them, but after that they work well. The connection tabs can be hard to manipulate.

    • Works better on longer hair, below the shoulders, that is thick.

    • They stay in better if a satin cap is worn while sleeping with them in.


    • 24 Soft fabric rollers, comfortable to sleep in.

    • Curls last all day!

    • Creates soft curls that look natural.

    • May have to restitch to reinforce the material

    • These rollers stay in place really well, they are my go to rollers!

    • Since the rollers are self grip they stay in hair without clips, the clips can be used for creating pin curls or if you feel the need to secure the rollers.

    • Another great option to show you hair some love and to stop using heat on it!

    • If you don’t remove them gently your hair may get all caught up in them and pulled out 

    • Can cause dents on hair from the clips if you don’t place them correctly 


    • Great to add a bit of volume to your hair and perfect to add life to your bangs.

    • These work best with straight hair.

    • Easy to put in and take out.

    • Like the idea that you don’t have to leave them in very long to create the look you are going for.

    • They don’t seem to work well on curly hair or hair that tends to be frizzy.

    • Creates wonderful curls in your hair.

    • Very easy to use.

    • A very good alternative to using heat on your hair, much healthier for your hair.

    • These are very uncomfortable to sleep in so my suggestions is to use them during the day.

    • These rollers heat up really quickly.

    • Very easy to put in your hair and take out.

    • Gives hair a beautiful curl or wave.

    • For different hair types takes some practice as to how long to leave rollers in your hair

    • .Clips included with the rollers can be a bit finicky to use

Other Wig Accessories

    • This is something that you have to have in your hair care arsenal.

    • Does not leave any residue or buildup.

    • Helps with smoothing frizz, taming fly away hair and holding hair in place.

    • I love that it comes with a desk attachment so you don’t have to buy it separate!

    • Nice light scent

    • Some people dislike the scent 

    • Some people may experience a white film of applied incorrectly 

    • I don’t love the packaging, the cap seems like it doesn’t go on well.


    • This comb heats up really fast.

    • Easy to use.

    • This is not a professional hair press comb and does not heat up as much as a professional one does.

    • When using it be very careful because it can burn.

    • I love this pillowcase! It is gentle on my hair and there is a lot less frizz when I wake up in the morning.

    • I think these pillowcases are just as good as a real silk pillowcases and the price is better.

    • They come in lovely colours and designs.

    • These pillow cases are well made, I have washed mine many times and it is still like new.

    • Can’t say enough about these pillowcases, all good things!

    • May trap heat (synthetic material).

    • Less durable; prone to snags.

    • Slippery texture

    • Not as breathable as cotton or silk.

    • Less eco-friendly (polyester-based).

    • Love this as it holds wigs in place without glue!

    • This wig band grips your head perfectly and doesn’t slide.

    • It’s made of velvet so it’s breathable which is important.

    • And they come in different colours so you can choose the colour that matches closes to your skin tone.

    • May not fit smaller heads

    • May not grip to certain shaped heads 

    • An extra layer under your wig 


    • Using this melting tape makes the hairline of your wig look very natural.

    • Does a great job of hiding grids and knots.

    • Really easy to use.

    • Very comfortable on your scalp.

    • A line of demarcation can be noticeable at the front - tip is to cut the front of the melting tape into a bit of a curve.

    • Only comes in one colour so it may be too light for darker skin tones. This can be fixed by adding some concealer or other type of makeup.

    • I love this pillowcase! It is gentle on my hair and there is a lot less frizz when I wake up in the morning.

    • I think these pillowcases are just as good as a real silk pillowcases and the price is better.

    • They come in lovely colours and designs.

    • Fine mist makes it easy to apply
