  • Website Wigs

    Free standard shipping on all website orders.

    7-day return policy- please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

    Refunds will be issued, minus a 10% restocking fee.

  • Custom Wigs

    Production Time: 75 days.

    Shipping: Free standard shipping.

    Deposit: 50% non-refundable deposit required to initiate production.

    Cancellations: Due to custom nature deposits are non-refundable

  • First-Time Buyer Protection

    Risk-Free Purchase: Enjoy free returns, no restocking fee, and free outgoing shipping on your first purchase.

    Contact us via phone/email within the return window

    Obtain return merchandise authorization(RMA) number.

    Ship returns to

    Refunds are processed within 7 business days, after we’ve received the wig back.

    All items will be inspected before refunds are issued.

  • Return Guidelines

    For a smooth return process, please note:

    Return wigs in original condition:

    -Unaltered lace

    -No washing or heat styling

    -Original packaging intact

    Return toppers in original condition:

    -Close clips( Additional $20 fee if clips are open)

    -Avoid tangling hair

    -Original package required.

  • 1-4 days for regular orders, 4-8 weeks for custom orders (confirmed before order placement).

  • We do accept returns on wigs, toppers and bangs within 7 business days of receiving your unit. We will ask for a photo of the extra lace on your wig still intact prior to accepting the return. We do charge a restocking fee for returns.

  • Contact us here, provide a photo of intact extra lace, and ship back the unit.

  • Custom wigs can be returned depending on the case but the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable
