    Free standard shipping on all orders $75 and up.

    7-day return policy- please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

    Refunds will be issued, minus a 10% restocking fee.

  • Custom Wigs

    Production Time: 75 days.

    Shipping: Free standard shipping.

    Deposit: 50% non-refundable deposit required to initiate production.

    Cancellations: Due to custom nature deposits are non-refundable

  • Return Procedure

    Contact us via e-mail within the return window.

    We will guide you through the return process.

    Refunds are processed within 7 business days, after we’ve received the wig back.

    All items will be inspected before refunds are issued.

    For a smooth return process, please note:

    Return wigs in original condition:

    -Unaltered lace

    -No washing or heat styling

    -Original packaging intact

    Return toppers in original condition:

    -Close clips( Additional $20 fee if clips are open)

    -Avoid tangling hair

    -Original packaging required

  • Exchanges

    We’re happy to offer exchanges on all orders to ensure you find the right fit, shade, and style that feels just right for you. Please note, we do not accept returns on hair products.

  • We want you to love your semi-custom wig! If there are any issues with fit, color, or style, contact us within 7 days of receiving your wig, and we’ll make it right.

    • Fit & Color Adjustments: We’ll work with you to adjust the cap size or color if necessary.

    • Store Credit: If you’re not satisfied, we offer store credit minus a 10% restocking fee.

    • Case-by-Case Returns: Returns or partial returns are handled individually based on the issue.

    Eligibility:

    • Wigs must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging.

    • Returns must be initiated within 7 days.

  • 1-4 days for regular orders, 4-8 weeks for custom orders (confirmed before order placement).

  • 2-10 days within North America, 1-4 weeks internationally.

  • Yes! We accept exchanges on all hairpieces. We don’t accept exchanges on hair products.

  • We do accept returns on wigs, toppers and bangs within 7 business days of receiving your unit. We will ask for a photo of the extra lace on your wig still intact prior to accepting the return. We do charge a restocking fee for returns.

  • Contact us here, provide a photo of intact extra lace, and ship back the unit.

  • Custom wigs can be returned depending on the case but the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable.

  • Initial 50% deposit is non-refundable.

  • Yes, but not on sale or clearance items.

  • 4-8 weeks ( confirmed before order placement).

  • No, we don’t refund the initial deposit on custom made wigs.

  • It is a small charge applied to returned items, which helps us cover costs that aren’t refundable such as:

    -Shipping and insurance

    -Packaging materials

    -Processing fees.

    Without this fee, we’d need to increase prices substantially. By charging a restock fee, we keep our prices low for you.

    We charge a 10% restocking fee on returned orders.
